RF/Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer will work on transistor level IC design implementation for Apple Silicon in different technology nodes.
- BS and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong device physics knowledge as it applies to analog IC design.
- Strong track record of delivering silicon IPs with complete architecture design verification and validation experience.
- Solid understanding/experience in bandgaps bias opamps switched-cap circuits
- LDOs low power oscillators PLLs VGAs feedback and compensation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge and analytical understanding of mixed-signal design techniques.
- Experience in understanding top level verification methods incorporating block level schematics and behavioral models.
- Experience in C/Matlab/VerilogA/Python modeling.
- Hands-on experience in using spectrum analyzers oscilloscopes and signal generators to validate analog designs.
- Good knowledge of high precision techniques in presence of device mismatch.
- Understanding of data converter architectures and design trade-offs.
- Experience in working with production test engineers to produce test plans and design for testability details.
