Job Summary

RF/Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer will work on transistor level IC design implementation for Apple Silicon in different technology nodes.


  • BS and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong device physics knowledge as it applies to analog IC design.
  • Strong track record of delivering silicon IPs with complete architecture design verification and validation experience.
  • Solid understanding/experience in bandgaps bias opamps switched-cap circuits
  • LDOs low power oscillators PLLs VGAs feedback and compensation techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge and analytical understanding of mixed-signal design techniques.
  • Experience in understanding top level verification methods incorporating block level schematics and behavioral models.
  • Experience in C/Matlab/VerilogA/Python modeling.
  • Hands-on experience in using spectrum analyzers oscilloscopes and signal generators to validate analog designs.


  • Good knowledge of high precision techniques in presence of device mismatch.
  • Understanding of data converter architectures and design trade-offs.
  • Experience in working with production test engineers to produce test plans and design for testability details.
