Synergie is seeking a Meat Process Worker for a very well-established local family owned business located in Thebarton.

Our clientpride themselves on their love for food knowledge & experience that derives from more than 50 years in the Meat industry.

We are currently seeking Factory Hands to join theteam in Thebarton. Previous experience in a meat-packing or knife-hand role is required.

Your duties & responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of smallgoods: sausages meatballs burgers etc
Filling out paperwork
Handling of various meats both raw and cooked
Bagging and weighing of products
Setting up and operating meat processing machinery
Operating on cooking & packing lines
Daily housekeeping duties (including disassembly & cleaning of machinery)
Crumbing marinading tenderising &slicing meats
Boxing/unboxing& weighingof products

Requirements:

Available to workfrom Monday Friday anywhere from 5:30am up until 4pm 38 hour per week minimum requirement (this exceeds student visa limit of 24hrs per week)
Either Australian Residency Australian Citizenship or a Visa (including Bridging Visa) with unrestricted working hours and working rights within Australia on a permanent basis.
Flexible hours of work
Written and spoken English must be satisfactory
Own transport a must due to early starts

Please notethat these positions will be working closely with the handling of meat products (pork lamb beef & chicken). You will be required to work in a cold environment. Please apply if you would like to be considered.
