We are seeking aprofessional Unarmed Lead Security Officerto oversee daily operations ensure compliance with site protocols and lead a team of security officers in a structured high-compliance Shift Leadis responsible for supervising and supporting security officers during their assigned shift. This includes managing daily operations enforcing security procedures handling incidents maintaining accurate reporting and serving as the primary point of contact for both City Security Servicesand the position requires excellent leadership communication and decision making skills as well as a firm understanding of access control and visitor management in a critical infrastructure setting. Schedule:
- Wednesday 6pm-6am
- Thursday 6pm-6am
- Friday 6pm-6am
- Saturday 6pm-11:55pm
Responsibilities:
- Enforce visitor policy and access control protocols.
- Oversee proper ID verification badge issuance and escort procedures.
- Ensure U.S. Person vs. Foreign Person verification is performed correctly.
- Coordinate with client employees and compliance officers for special visits or exceptions.
- Take corrective action when access control procedures are not followed.
- Ensure officers comply with post orders site security procedures and NDA guidelines.
- Support site audits inspections and compliance checks as needed.
- Uphold strict standards for appearance punctuality and equipment readiness.
- Prepare and submit clear detailed Daily Activity Logs (DALs) and Incident Reports.
- Model professional conduct and enforce accountability among the team.
- Greet and assist authorized visitors and staff with professionalism and hospitality.
- Maintain a highly visible alert and professional demeanor at all times.
- Lead and coordinate security response during emergencies alarms or incidents.
