Job Summary
Maintenance mechanic responsibilities include conducting inspections troubleshooting problems maintaining records. performing routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs to machinery equipment and building systems (like HVAC electrical plumbing and carpentry...) to ensure safety functionality and efficiency. Able to repair & paint walls. Working off hours weekend holidays and responding to emergencies upon request.
- Routine Maintenance:performing daily mechanical rounds scheduled PM tasks on equipment and building systems to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs:diagnose and repair electrical plumbing HVAC and other equipment issues.
- Inspections:regularly checking equipment and systems for compliance with safety standards and to ensure they are running efficiently.
- Responding to Emergencies:Promptly addressing emergency requests and faulty equipment.
- Safety: understanding and adhering to safety regulations and procedures
- Record Keeping:documenting all maintenance activities repairs and inspections.
- Collaboration:working with other team members and contractorsas needed.
