Job Summary
What you will do
The Lead Instructional Designer will create and maintain training and performance support materials for the Accelerate ERP program including: classroom virtual e-learning and this role you will focus on creating and leading learning experiences both in and out of the this position you will be a member of the Accelerate training team.
Additional responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies across multiple formats including instructor-led web-based and on-the-job training.
- Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines coaching guides job aids and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline Enable Now and SharePoint.
- Validate and refine training scope audience and approach based on change impacts lessons learned and business feedback.
- Manage stakeholder engagement by partnering with process owners SMEs and trainers to ensure alignment and content accuracy.
- Lead training logistics including scheduling environment setup training IDs and classroom support.
- Maintain and update training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries in response to system or process changes.
- Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users to deliver classroom training effectively.
- Track and report progress of training development and delivery ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.
What you need
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of work experience or 6 years of equivalent experience with a degree preferred in training business quality or related field
- Demonstrated experience of adult learning instructional design e-learning and training methodologies
- Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline Enable Now and LMS platforms
Preferred qualifications
- Project management experience in training initiatives with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Experience working with translation vendors for global training audiences
- Familiarity with SharePoint and evaluation tools for training effectiveness
$77200 - $123700k salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
