Hires supports and supervises district clerical staff.
Processes travel reimbursements for the district.
Ensures front desk coverage is scheduled and maintained.
Provides training and support for clerical staff in essential systems for all divisions including economic security and daycare payment systems
Creates submits and tracks fiscal documentation for the district including provider payments creating and maintaining vendor information district budget maintenance processes bills staff P-cards and invoice payments.
Maintains information on the district motor pool fleet.
Provides input into the district budget setting and provides district budget reports.
Coordinates with district office supervisors on service delivery office needs front desk coverage and customer service needs.
Oversees the purchase and distribution of office supplies for the district.
Uses the WOLFS Accounting System to process invoices.
Assists with the coordination of district training.
Assists with the coordination of office moves end-of-year budget activities inventory and other assigned duties.
Assists with creating and maintaining emergency office plans protocols and procedures
