Synergie is seeking a Storeperson for one of Australias leading coating paints sealants materials located in Tullamarine VIC

The important parts:

• $37Per Hour Super Penalties
• Temporary to Permanent Opportunities
• Monday to Friday 8AM 4PM

What you will be required to do:

As Storeperson you are responsible for inspecting and verifying incoming goods ensuring quality and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records in ERP systems. It involves operating forklifts and stock pickers to manage stock performing cycle counts and inventory checks and upholding high housekeeping and safety standards.

• Operate standing reach forklifts and stock pickers to transport and store shipments
• Inspect and check all incoming goods for damage accuracy and correct documentation
• Verify product labels batch numbers and specifications
• Accurately record deliveries and maintain ERP system entries (QAD)
• Perform stock control daily cycle counts and assist with year-end inventory
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and participate in 5S activities
• Comply with all Health Safety and Environmental (EHS) procedures

To be successful in the role you will:

• MUST Be Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
• MUST have Current forklift license and STANDING REACH FL Experience
• Experience with warehouse operations stock control and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team approach
• Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement

Please note this role is 70% store person duties and 30% forklift
