Job Summary

Our Remote Health Consultant Team is looking for a full-time seasoned Customer Experience professional to join us!

Our Remote Health Consultants are the front line of our client experience- the heartbeat of BodySpecs mission to make health fitness and wellness data accessible understandable and actionable. Youll be the first point of contact for clients seeking clarity and support and your ability to guide them with empathy accuracy and energy will directly shape their experience with our brand.

This is not your typical remote job- our clients are deeply engaged and ask meaningful complex questions about health fitness and DEXA technology. Every day is dynamic fast-paced and filled with opportunities to make a real impact.

Were seeking an experienced Customer Experience (CX) professional who thrives under pressure learns quickly and brings a strong background in health wellness and fitness. If youre motivated by helping people improve their health and love a challenge we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

  • Handle daily inbound and outbound client interactions via phone email text and Slack with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Multitask seamlessly between communication channels while maintaining accuracy and focus.
  • Manage a high volume of appointment scheduling rescheduling and cancellations with precision.
  • Respond to client inquiries about nutrition health fitness and DEXA technology providing clear accurate and empathetic guidance.
  • Support event and operations teams with outbound communications and logistical coordination.
  • De-escalate and triage complex or sensitive client situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts and uphold BodySpecs customer experience standards.

What Were Looking For

  • Extensive customer service experience (3 years preferred) in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success using CX platforms such as HubSpot AirCall Zendesk or similar.
  • Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs metrics and best practices.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly learn new systems fast and pass an internal knowledge and skills assessment within 90 days.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect and empathize with diverse clients.
  • A deep passion for health wellness and fitness you understand the industry and can engage authentically with clients who care about their health journey.
  • A consistently positive solution-oriented attitude even on tough days.
  • Comfortable working independently while thriving as part of a tight-knit high-performing remote team
Requirements
  • Reliable stable internet connection
  • Quiet workspace
  • Standardized Test Scores:If youve taken any standardized tests such as the SAT ACT ASVAB or others we request you to share your scores. This is not a requirement and will not be a sole determining factor for hiring decisions but it helps us learn more about our candidates since we do not conduct pre-employment testing.

Schedule

This is a 5-day-a-week fully remote position.

Required Schedule:

  • Monday Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM CST
  • Saturday: 1:00 PM 9:30 PM CST
  • Sunday: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM CST
    (Thursday & Friday off)

Schedule may change to accommodate business needs.

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive starting hourly rate $20.00 per hour
  • Monthly team bonuses of up to $500 when company and individual goals are met (goals are challenging but achievable)
