We are looking for aCustomer Service Representativeto join the team at our Hauling site inShreveport LA.
The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $18-19/hr. weekly pay.
Benefits 401k match $1 per $1 vacation and year-round work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.
Assist customers by phone and in person to receive orders for installation turn on discontinuance or change in service.
Fills out contract forms determines charges for service requested collects deposits prepares change of address records and issues discontinuance orders.
Answer incoming calls and assist with billing related questions or account support
Manage collections through phone calls email campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
2- years of Customer Service experience in a high call volume atmosphere
Experience with MS Word Excel and Emailpreferred.Typingand 10-key skills are required
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems. Gather data compile information and prepare reports
