The Role: Talent Operations Coordinator
The City: San Francisco CA (Onsite 5 days/week)

Your Day-to-Day:
- Own complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones ensuring a white-glove experience for every candidate.
- Anticipate needs and stay several steps ahead of fast-moving executives recruiters and interviewers.
- Streamline processes build reports and improve operational efficiency.
- Serve as the connective tissue between talent leadership and operationsexecuting with precision flexibility and empathy.
