Requirements:
The ideal person will have significant experience in a Senior Head Chef/Executive Chef role where they have had experience managing multiple sites/outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality and consistency of food production cost controls team management and development health and food safety menu development and profitability across the Carnoustie Golf Hotel Club House Facility on course food outlets and other locally operated food and beverage outlets within the immediate area.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality that is reliable and keen to develop an excellent team spirit within the current and expanding team.
Duties will include:
- To supervise train and motivate and combine the kitchen teams to achieve Company goals and standards
- To ensure compliance with all food and health and safety regulations.
- Planning costing and implementing new menus.
- Ensuring all commodities are on site at an appropriate stock level to service business levels.
- Ensuring inductions and performance reviews are completed to evaluate individuals and the teams performance in order to set agreed objectives.
- Ensuring labour resources are allocated effeciently between the various outlets and within budgeted levels.
