Job Description: Business Analyst at Rock Auto Service
Job Responsibilities:
- Con data analysis to improve business processes and optimize performance
- Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
- Develop detailed business requirements and user stories
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of business intelligence tools
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Identify trends and patterns to support strategic decisions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Desired Experience:
- Certification in Business Analysis or related field is an advantage
- Previous experience working with cross-functional teams
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $99500 to149500 per year depending on experience and qualifications. The selected candidate will also be eligible for benefits such as health insurance retirement plans paid time off and professional development opportunities.
