In this role you will day-to-day operations of Peacock Alley managing a team of 3 Food and Beverage Manager 30 Front of House Team Members and reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences a talent for training and developing others and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance social media reputation local market capture and employee relations). At least 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Experience in a luxurious cocktail environment strong beverage knowledge and managing a unionized work environment is preferred.
Classification:Full-Time
Shift: Various must be available to weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:The annual salary range for this role is $110000 - $120000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
