Work youll do
- Assisting the business unit on HR related matters such as entire employee lifecycle onboarding and offboarding activities talent management employee retention compensation and benefits performance management retirement etc.
- Support leaders by providing basic HR guidance that aligns with business goals and HR policies.
- Track headcount and staff expenses to help ensure the team stays within budget.
- Build good working relationships with colleagues and assist with HR questions within the business unit.
- Support HR compliance by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
- Support performance management activities by providing tools and assistance to managers for giving feedback and developing employees.
- Help promote a positive workplace culture focused on inclusion teamwork and innovation.
- Provide general HR support and assist with special projects or tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resource management Business Psychology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar setting/industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippines employment laws and regulations.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills comfortable to engage with management level and ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills capable of managing complex and completing priorities within time constraints.
- High level of maturity adaptability and accountability.
