Job Summary
Hiring Now – Business Development Manager (Direct Channel)
Company: Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd.
Locations: Coimbatore Chennai
CTC: Up to 4 LPA Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (Insurance/BFSI/Health preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Drive direct sales of Aditya Birla Health Insurance products through individual channels.
• Generate and convert leads into successful business.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly business and revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales support.
