We are seeking a skilled Resident Engineer to oversee engineering projects ensuring compliance with design specifications safety standards and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction management site supervision and technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate engineering projects on-site.
Ensure projects comply with technical specifications industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with contractors consultants and project teams.
Monitor project progress quality and costs.
Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Pr Eng Pr Tech or Pr Techni certification.
Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in a similar role.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs contracts and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction projects cost control and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and manage project budgets cost estimates and cash flows.
Conduct cost analysis risk assessments and value engineering.
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Liaise with contractors consultants and project teams.
Prepare financial reports and project documentation.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
