Our organization is seeking a Defensive Coordinatoran IT Asset Management specialist who operates with the precision discipline and strategic brilliance of a champion. This role isnt about passive tracking; its about orchestrating a perfect defense protecting the clients technological corner and ensuring every asset delivers maximum value. If you have the focus to run a 48-0 operation this is your ring.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the Championship Corner: Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assetsfrom procurement to disposalensuring a flawless defensible record
Execute the Shoulder Roll: Develop and implement asset management strategies that deflect risks control costs and maintain compliance with vendor agreements
Study the Tape: Maintain impeccable records and conduct regular audits analyzing asset data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings
Call the Plays: Coordinate with finance procurement and IT teams to ensure a unified and strategic approach to asset utilization and budgeting

Skills & Experience:
A Proven Record: 2-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of IT assets in a complex fast-moving environment
The Champions Discipline: Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills to maintain a perfect asset record
Ring IQ: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate issues and counter them with effective strategies
Footwork: Proficiency with IT Asset Management tools and processes including software licensing hardware tracking and vendor management

Qualification:
Tertiary qualification preferred the formal training of a champion.
