Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential clients industries and market segments
  • Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic positioning
  • Assist with outreach campaigns including cold calling and email engagement

Client Engagement

  • Schedule and prepare for client meetings ensuring all materials are ready
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Assist in crafting compelling presentations and tailored proposals

Sales Support

  • Monitor and report on sales activities pipeline progress and conversion rates
  • Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather relevant information for client solutions

Reporting & Administration

  • Keep accurate records of client interactions opportunities and feedback
  • Compile weekly activity reports for management review
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and processes
