We are looking for a dedicated Pre-Litigation Case Manager who takes pride in their work and is passionate about guiding supporting and advocating for individuals affected by the negligence of others. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service while expertly managing the complexities of the pre-litigation process. What Youll Do:

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases in close collaboration with the attorney overseeing the process from start to finish.
• Work closely with your Case Manager Assistant and support team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint ensuring each interaction exceeds expectations.
