As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) you will harness the power of the nursing process to ensure the continuity and quality of care delivered to our patients. Your expertise will be critical in addressing the unique needs of patients across various age groups. Your responsibilities include demonstrating the knowledge and skills essential to delivering the highest standard of care within our nursing unit and patient care departments.
Qualifications:
Education: A diploma from an accredited school of nursing is the minimum requirement BSN preferred.
Experience: Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a specialized area of nursing or the ability to successfully complete education and training in the specified specialty. Fellowship training opportunities to those who have medical surgical experience only.
License and Certifications: Current NYS License BLS and ACLS required. PALS required upon completion of probationary period.
