At PwC our people in Quality Inspections play a vital role in the firms System of Quality Management (SoQM) engagement monitoring. Leveraging your experience as an auditor or technical specialist you will execute engagement reviews to provide immediate coaching to partner with engagement teams providing timely coaching and expert support throughout the execution phase. Your focus will be on ensuring the application of leading practices and technical excellence thereby significantly enhancing the quality of the audit work before the final report is completed.This unique position requires a professional who can independently assess audit documentation identify thematic issues and drive positive changes across engagements. As an RTA Reviewer you will manage strict timelines and contribute directly to the firms quality objectives by facilitating the timely resolution of complex issues.

Review audit files and ensure compliance with ISAs PwC methodology and local laws and regulations.
Take ownership of projects ensuring their successful planning budgeting execution and completion.
Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality timelines and deliverables.

Effectively mentor others.
Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.

Qualification & Minimum years experience :
Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Demonstrated experience in audit and assurance practices is .
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
