Location: United States (Remote)
Pay: $30 - $33 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email and chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services
- Assist customers with order processing account management and technical support
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proven experience in customer service or support role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and help desk software
- Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering terminology is a plus
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
