Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Join our dynamic team at Laka Group SRL as an Email/Chat Support Specialist in the Civil Engineering this role you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service through email and chat communication channels.

Location: United States (Remote)

Pay: $30 - $33 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email and chat
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services
  • Assist customers with order processing account management and technical support
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in customer service or support role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and help desk software
  • Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering terminology is a plus

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
