TITLE: Account Manager of Revenue Cycle
REPORTS TO: Chief Revenue Officer
PURPOSE: The Account Manager of Revenue Cycle is responsible for assisting in the oversight and management of the entire revenue cycle including report analysis practice relations problem solving and education of RCM workflows and processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare analyze and present month end billing reports
Provide administrative support for billing systems
Prepare statistical and financial reports as directed
Provide solutions to complex billing issues as they occur
Provide ongoing education and support for RCM workflows and processes
Prioritize tasks based on urgency level
Aid in the development and implementation of billing system modifications
Maintain shared documents and resources within SharePoint
Maintain billing reimbursement audit system and run reports to confirm contracted allowed amounts are accurate
Support other personnel and departments in billing processes
Develop oral and written reports or recommendations concerning billing
Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION
A bachelors degree in business management finance accounting or a related discipline
3-5 years of experience in medical billing
1-2 years of supervisory experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Technical: Extensive knowledge of the use of email search engine Internet; ability to effectively use payer websites. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Products: Outlook Word Excel TEAMS SharePoint and OneDrive. Preferred experience with various billing systems such as eClinical Works and Office Practicum.
Personal: Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language; highly self-motivated self-directed and attentive to detail; team-oriented collaborative; ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Communication: Ability to read analyze and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from practices. Ability to speak clearly and to make effective and persuasive arguments and presentations.
Math & Reasoning:
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to use critical thinking skills to apply principles of logic and analytical thinking to practical problems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. A clear speaking voice is necessary as well as finger dexterity to access enter and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or calculator and to operate standard office equipment.
