This role will drive the planning and execution of regional digital merchandising strategies including for campaigns and promotions on Apple flagship stores on China marketplaces and social platforms. This individual will use an understanding of business goals commercial programs customer journeys and friction points to continuously optimize the e-commerce experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital commerce marketing customer experience digital merchandising or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge in China digital/social commerce platforms
- Fluent English and Chinese
- - Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences.
- BA/BS in related field.
- Experience enhancing digital merchandising performance through data-driven insights.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of China e-commerce platforms regional retail trends including shopping behaviors consumer preferences and conversion optimization strategies.
- Familiar with using platform analytics reporting tools Adobe analytics and Tableau
- Demonstrates Apples values of inclusion and diversity.
