As Clinical Manager you will provide operational and clinical leadership across the ICU ensuring the delivery of safe evidence-based and compassionate care to critically ill patients. Your expertise in intensive care nursing combined with your ability to mentor and support a multidisciplinary team will be pivotal to the units success.

What were looking for:

• Current Ahpra registration
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Strong clinical expertise in intensive or critical care nursing
• Proven ability to lead mentor and support a multidisciplinary team
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication organisation and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges
• Full working rights in Australia
