An exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing estate agency team in Canterbury driving growth listings and exceptional client service across the residential property market.

This role offers the chance to take the lead of a successful Canterbury branch within a respected estate agency network. As Branch Manager youll oversee all listing and sales activity ensuring your team delivers exceptional results and outstanding customer experiences. Youll combine strategic vision with strong leadership to drive performance and market share in a competitive property landscape.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Lead manage and inspire the branch sales team to achieve performance and revenue goals.
Develop and implement local sales strategies to grow listings and increase conversions.
Conduct regular one-to-one coaching performance reviews and sales meetings.
Oversee pricing strategies marketing campaigns and listing presentations.
Monitor local market trends and adjust sales approaches to maintain competitiveness.
Ensure all listings meet company standards and deliver exceptional client service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners clients and internal departments.
