This is a full-time rolethat offers hands-on experience mentorship and real responsibility from day one. Youll also have the opportunity to travel to stores across our network from time to time to provide on-site support.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your studies and make an impact in a real-world IT this role you will:
- Provide first-level technical support to stores and support office teams
- Assist with troubleshooting installations and maintenance of hardware and software
- Support network systems and cloud environments (Microsoft Office 365 Google Workspace)
- Collaborate with managed service providers and contribute to IT projects across the business
About You
Youre an enthusiastic problem-solver who enjoys helping others and learning new technologies. Youll bring:
- A degree or qualification in IT Computer Science or a related field
- A strong understanding of Microsoft systems Active Directory and basic networking principles
- Great communication and organisation skills
- A customer-focused approach with a willingness to travel when needed
