Job Summary
Our client is hiring a System Integration Specialist responsible for implementing and supporting advanced technology solutions for customers in the power and utility sector. This position involves hands-on system setup configuration testing and customer engagement to ensure smooth product deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with communication skills to guide customers through complex integration projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities -
- Oversee full system deployments ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to customer specifications.
- Lead client meetings and technical workshops to define project scope and configuration needs.
- Configure integrate and validate software and hardware systems across diverse environments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system setup networking or application performance.
- Maintain clear documentation on system builds configurations and client communications.
- Create & provide hands-on user training and technical guidance to ensure successful adoption.
- Support the sales team on RFP bids and technical demos for prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal software project and sales teams to ensure a unified delivery process.
Job Requirements -
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in system integration engineering or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory IIS and SQL databases.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell JavaScript or Lua.
- Solid understanding of network architecture configuration and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
- Familiarity with SCADA protocols (DNP3 Modbus IEC 61850) and experience in the electric utility or energy automation industries is preferred.
