Command Post Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead ITSM initiatives and manage a 55-member team across physical and cybersecurity projects. The role involves strategic oversight daily operations and collaboration with stakeholders from security IT engineering and government sectors with a strong focus on building a capable and motivated workforce that exceeds contract goals and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with government representatives (e.g. COR ACOR) through formal and informal channels to provide updates on resources technical progress and contract performance.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting efforts including written Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and verbal/written Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- Conduct meetings with the ACOR to review deliverables clarify expectations and address developments impacting performance (e.g. mission changes or travel).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables aligned with program objectives.
- Develop and manage project documentation including work breakdown structures (WBS) project plans cost estimates and recommendations.
- Monitor project progress generate status reports and deliver executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify risks and implement contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
- Promote integration and collaboration between Environment Operations and Technical Operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback and applying best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
- Oversee talent acquisition and management including job descriptions interviews hiring decisions and personnel development.
- Manage onboarding offboarding training and security clearance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate and assess annual personnel evaluations keeping corporate leadership informed of contract performance and workforce metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Business/IT Management.
- 5 Years of Program/Program Management and Task Lead experience.
- 5 Years of experience in Information Technology.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex cross-functional projects and meeting/exceeding program objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Possess computing and networking IA Baseline certifications for IAM2-IA Baseline Certification.
- Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.
- A non-disclosure agreement will be required for this position.
