About the Job
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests entering and exiting creating a positive experience.
- Verify proper age identification of guests to maintain legal compliance and ensure responsible service.
- Conduct thorough entry screenings and inspections to promote guest safety and uphold venue standards.
- Assist in the removal of individuals as necessary documenting incidents with detailed reports.
- Prioritize employee and guest safety by maintaining a secure environment during operations.
- Utilize strong crowd management and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Maintain situational awareness and vigilance ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
