Inventory Control

BUILDINGS & GROUNDS
Shift A

6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The Head Inventory Control Associate shall work with the Department Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor(s) to maintain an accurate supply inventory. To manage the receipt and of deliveries to the primary storage location the basement of FMS@SGS and to ensure the facility is in good order and all supplies are easily located and pulled for delivery. In addition The Head Inventory Control Associate shall be the person primarily responsible for inventory record keeping. Recording receipt of goods and supplies as well as out going items. As well as working with vendors to request price quotes check deliver status and/or return status.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a Black Seal Operating Engineers License.

Must be able to lift atleast 80lbs unassisted.

Be competent in the use of computer applications such as Google and Microsoft Office.

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find acceptable.

Have a pleasant manner when dealing with vendors and other district staff.

Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude with hand tools.

Be a licensed driver.

The Head Inventory Control Associate shall be able to perform the essential functions of their position at 100% capacity without any permanent physical limitations that would limit his/her ability.
