Lead Electrical Engineer at Micron: provide Engineering solutions for Facilities systems in Semiconductor Production and Greenfield FAB Construction Projects.

Provide technical expertise for U.S. FAB Projects Global Alignment Innovation and Sustainability initiatives!

Responsibilities

• Lead global regional and site teams in engineering and design development for U.S. Greenfield FAB projects.

• Manage planning implementation and completion of electrical field scope ensuring timely delivery staying within budget and meeting quality standards.

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Facilities Construction Procurement Manufacturing IT and Operations.

• Develop and implement electrical system build concepts for integration into construction projects.

• Coordinate design reviews and ensure high-quality execution across disciplines.

• Review and contribute to Microns global design standards and specifications.

• Provide engineering support during construction phases and ensure compliance with codes and laws.

• Lead capacity and scenario planning and advise on infrastructure scope schedule and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 710 years of experience in semiconductor and/or facilities-related industries.

• Expertise in high medium and low voltage systems backup power UPS VFDs lighting and distribution systems.

• Strong organizational communication and team collaboration skills.

• Ability to travel internationally 1525% on average up to 30% during critical phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems.

• Experience with global engineering standards and sustainability initiatives.

• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage complex infrastructure projects.
