Dr. Wilkinsons Backyard Resort and Mineral Springs is an iconic resort and spa destination located in the heart of the charming town of Calistoga offering time-honored mud bath and spa treatments healing mineral pool soaks and the best of Calistoga right outside its doors. The transformed resort honors its iconic past while looking toward the future with a new mid-century inspired design 50 completely refreshed guestrooms a brand-new restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating a completely re-imagined spa and the same proven mud bath treatments first shared with the world over 65 years ago. Best-in-class yet playful and approachable the spa will make the art of mud bathing accessible for all.
This is a part-time on-site non-exempt role that reports to the Spa Director. The pay range for this position is $16.50-$17/hour.

What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for following Californias Board & Barbering Requirements of personal cleanliness sterilization and disinfecting and the overall health and safety of our guests.
- Responsible for the presentation and ambiance of the Facial Room; creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Follow the Doc Wilkinsons Brand Standards.
- Follow and comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Attend all mandatory meetings.
- Effective communication with our guests the Spa Director Spa Supervisors and Leads as well as the rest of the Spa Team.
- Professional and correct grammar is used when communicating with guests on the phone in an email and in person.
- Perform monthly inventories; Facial Room equipment supplies and facial products.
- To perform extra tasks delegated by the Spa Director or Spa Supervisor.
What Were Looking For
- A validunexpiredState of California Estheticians License issued by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology isREQUIRED
- Fluence in English (verbal and written) is required.
- 2 years Hospitality experience.
- Ability to maintain guest confidentiality.
- Excellent time management skills. Able to start and complete treatments on time and complete all assigned work tasks during a scheduled shift.
- Able to meet/exceed revenue retail sales goals using product knowledge and suggestive selling.
What Were Looking For
- Sugaring License and experience a plus!
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
- A team player who processes a courteous friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
