Your Role:
As a Clinical Supervisor you will:
- Provide individual and/or group supervision to associate and licensed clinicians
- Support supervisees in treatment planning case conceptualization and clinical skill development
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards licensing board regulations and evidence-based practices
- Conduct chart reviews and file audits to support quality assurance
- Consult on complex or high-risk cases when needed
- Create a supportive reflective and growth-oriented supervision environment
- Maintain a clinical caseload serving clients across the lifespan based on your interests and specialties
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
- Fully licensed in Oregon as an LCSW LPC or LMFT
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision under Oregon board guidelines
- At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to provide in-person services at one of our Eugene/Springfield locations with some flexibility for virtual sessions
- Strong interpersonal organizational and leadership skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed culturally responsive and equity-driven care
Compensation Details:
- Base salary of $60000 during the initial onboarding period (first 3 months)
- Salary increases to $70000 once a consistent 20 stat hours/week is maintained
- Stat hours exceeding 20 per week are paid at a bonus rate of $95/hour
- Clinicians maintaining 30 stat hours/week over 48 weeks annually can earn up to $110800/year
- Four additional weeks are designated for paid time off and floating holidays at the base rate
