What Youll Be Doing

Managing discovery and drafting compelling motions and legal briefs
Conducting depositions and preparing for trial with senior attorneys
Collaborating closely with partners and fellow associates
Developing long-term client relationships with structured support
Growing your book of business with bonus incentives for new clients

Compensation & Perks

Base salary: $110000 $200000
Monthly bonus: $60 per billable hour over 160 hours
Business development reward: 10% of collected revenue from new clients
Additional bonuses: Contingency and referral incentives
