Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing and servicing standard personal lines accounts with opportunities to contribute to new business development. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 (higher compensation considered for exceptional candidates)
- Incentives: 20% commission on new business
- Benefits:
- Fully employer-paid health vision and dental insurance
- 401(k) with 4% match after 6 months
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts with premiums ranging from $1.2M to $1.7M.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries processing policy changes and resolving issues.
- Quote and renew policies ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience including those newer to the industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC management software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share ideas and contribute to team success
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
