The Boeing CompanyIntegrated Modular Avionics team is currently seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Level L) to join the team in Everett WA.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Manages employees and first-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives.
Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
Manages develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical Mechanical or Aeronautical) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
5 years of experience in BCA engineering.
4 years of experience leading and managing teams as a first line (Level K) engineering manager.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.
Demonstrated ability in team building coaching and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to all stakeholders.
Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
