Position Summary
We are seeking an HCM Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support larger complex client implementations by assisting the Project Manager while independently managing smaller more straightforward projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and able to tailor processes to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete client setup tasks outlined in project management software

  • Collect configure and balance client data accurately

  • Manage small and mid-sized client implementations

  • Identify assess and resolve issues that arise during implementation

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process

  • Adapt and tailor implementation processes to fit client needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience

  • Previous project management experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
