Were looking for a compassionate motivated and reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Midworth Street a supported living project in Mansfield town centre.
This role is all about empowering individuals with mental health conditions and additional complex needs such as substance misuse or distress behaviours to live independently make informed choices and enjoy fulfilling lives. We use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to support each persons journey.

About the Service
Midworth Street offers supported living for up to 24 years helping people build the skills and confidence to move on. We also provide outreach support to individuals living in their own homes in and around Mansfield.
This is a 24-hour service operating 7 days a week. Shifts include:
Weekend availability is essential. The project is accessible via public transport but youll need to be able to get to the site for early mornings evenings and weekends.
