Our Engagement and Change Advisory practice works with clients across a range of sectors to solve complex challenges through industry-leading services across one or more of our three core pillars of communication & stakeholder engagement social value and transformation & change management services.

How will your ideas contribute to shaping whats next

Our NSW Engagement and Change Advisory team have opportunities available across our three key areas of Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Social Value and Transformation & Change and we welcome applications from early career to mid-career level candidates.

Here are some of the key things you will do to help bring ideas to life for our clients:

• Provide Communication & Stakeholder Engagement consulting services to public and private sector clients

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare communications and engagement materials

• Prepare events for internal and external stakeholders including community facing events

• Assist in the creation of materials to gain feedback from or to inform community and stakeholders

• Support a pipeline of future opportunities by contributing to the development of client proposals

What are we looking for from you

This opportunity suits Sydney based early-to-mid career individuals from a range of professional profiles. You may be interested in transitioning from another communications-based role or from a sales marketing or graphic design role or an HR role. You may even want to transition from another industry entirely and you can see the synergies from your experience to date with developing sound communication materials or engaging with stakeholders to inform decision making. To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

• A passion for listening to the wants and needs of others to make better overall decisions.

• Excellent communication skills including attention to detail in your writing.

• Developing experience in communicating complex ideas by translating them into plain English

• An intermediate-to-high level of proficiency in MS office tools an interest in or experience with customer relationship management systems an interest or experience in social and digital media management and we would love you to have experience in In-design.

• Initiative and a can-do attitude

• A desire to work in a dynamic team that is focussed on delivering the highest quality outcomes for clients

• A relevant tertiary qualification or experience
