Job Summary

The Chick-fil-A Bonsack Catering Coordinator will take ownership of catering orders and oversee catering within the restaurant. They will ensure catering orders are communicated with both the Front of House and Back of House in a timely manner completed on time and accurately and presented to the guest with care.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a seamless flow with every aspect of the catering process from order placement to preparation to delivery or pickup.
Ensures all catering orders are printed (when applicable) and posted in the restaurant.
Attends weekly leadership meetings to communicate upcoming catering.
Actively communicates with the FOH and BOH on all catering orders and ensures they are ready on time.
Have a servants heart
Take initiative to solve problems create solutions and be proactive in his or her approach to fulfilling catering orders.
Be a good steward of the restaurants time and resources by streamlining the catering process and being as efficient as possible.
Maintain inventory of catering supplies and communicate any additional needs to truck team.
Ensure the catering equipment and catering area in the restaurant are clean and organized.
Develop systems or processes to improve catering services and help scale the catering business as it grows.
Have a strong sense of ownership of the catering business the kitchen and the food quality.
Make catering deliveries on time professionally and accurately.
Be organized and detail-oriented.
Follow up with catering orders to ensure the guest had a great experience.

Primary Responsibilities Outside the Restaurant:

Ensures all deliveries are made and set up on time.
Be an ambassador for the brand by building relationships with local community members.
Maintain and continue to grow existing catering relationships.
Distribute marketing materials to potential catering Customers to build awareness of Chick-fil-A Catering.

Prior experience as catering manager catering coordinator or other catering related positions is highly desirable.
