Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and support our production teams in achieving operational excellence. This role is hands-on requiring strong leadership process optimization and problem-solving skills to ensure safe efficient and cost-effective production. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in food manufacturing people management and technical expertise to help drive continuous improvement in processes products and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management support to production teams to achieve performance targets.
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs for team members to strengthen skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new products and processes while driving optimization of existing operations.
- Monitor business changes and provide timely feedback direction and solutions.
- Ensure safety health and environmental standards are consistently implemented and improved.
- Support the Production Manager in leading minor factory projects and provide technical input on major initiatives.
- Track analyze and control production costs identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and create value.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food processing units and equipment.
- Proven experience managing a production line team.
- SAP experience is required; TPM knowledge is an advantage.
- Good English and Thai communication skills.
- Service-minded proactive and able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management skills and ability to make quick effective decisions.
