The pay for this role can range from $62370 to $69300 depending on experience.
The HR Generalist supports RCSS by delivering comprehensive HR services with emphasis on employee engagement employee relations/investigations and HR Generalist functions. This position partners with the HR Business Partner to foster a positive workplace culture ensure compliance and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of HR experience preferably in a generalist or business partner role.
- Demonstrated ability to implement engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Experience conducting employee relations investigations and processing ADA requests.
- Strong communication problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience facilitating training and collaboration using virtual platforms (e.g. Teams Zoom).
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed.
