Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Referral Coordinator to support our Pediatrics practice located at 1 Park Way in Haverhill MA. The desired schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. It is required to also work one weekend every other month and rotating holidays from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Leading up to the patient visit Referral Coordinators obtain prior authorizations and insurance verifications
At the conclusion of the visit Referral Coordinators handle check-out and schedule any follow-up appointments tests and/or procedures
Due to the nature of our work it is incredibly important to us that our team members have true passion for pediatrics and a commitment to building relationships with not only with patient but also with their families in order to support the childs health journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Experience working in a community-based medical practice preferred

• Epic experience preferred

• Prior authorization referral and/or insurance experience a plus
