Job Summary
Capital Ford Charlotte is looking for a customer-focused detail-driven Automotive Rental Agent to join our high-energy team! In this role youll be the friendly face that helps our customers get on the road quickly and confidently. From coordinating rentals to ensuring vehicles are clean ready and reliable youll play a key part in delivering the kind of first-class experience Capital is known for.

What Youll Do
- Welcome customers warmly and guide them through the rental process
- Explain rental options pricing and add-on services with clarity and confidence
- Confirm vehicle availability and communicate rental policies and procedures
- Complete pre-rental inspections documenting condition and ensuring each vehicle is spotless and road-ready
- Assist customers with luggage and vehicle features to ensure a smooth experience
- Process payments finalize contracts and issue receipts accurately
- Promote upgrades protection packages and other value-added services
- Support overall rental operations and jump in where needed to keep things running smoothly
What Youll Bring
- Prior experience in customer service hospitality or automotive preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people
- Comfort using computer systems and rental software
- Ability to handle challenges calmly in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive adaptable attitude and team-first mindset
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
