Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for Event Set Up Crew in Indianapolis IN for a 3 month contract.
Role: Event Set Up Crew
Location: Indianapolis IN
Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Event-based must be flexible to work weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up specialized audio/visual and sound equipment (mixers monitors podium etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues on-site
- Prepare and reset conference rooms and Statehouse event spaces
- Handle furniture setup cleaning and event support
- Lead and train support staff in the absence of supervision
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with sound and AV equipment
- Ability to lift move and set up furniture/equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work changing schedules including weekends
