Join us as a Senior Manager Learning and Development where you will lead our Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) Academy and play a crucial role in shaping the training and development of our global Contact Centre teams!
This role is a fixed-term contract until August 2026. Based in Slough it follows our Best of Both approach with the flexibility to work 3 days a week from the office and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
The Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) supports The LEGO Group by providing world-class service through diverse customer interactions. CSE helps protect the brand while creating lasting relationships and loyalty through engagement and service!
The Senior Manager Learning and Development leads the CSE Academy a global team of training specialists and managers who design and deliver training onboarding and development activities to the CSE department with a focus on customer-facing employees. The Senior Manager develops the learning strategy and training road maps evaluates current and future skill requirements across CSE conducts ongoing TNA and engages with the wider L&D team in order to put a successful L&D strategy for CSE in place.
