McAuley Community Services for Women helps women and children who have faced family violence and homelessness to take control of their lives. Through a range of supports including accommodation legal health recreation and social responses we support women to leave us with restored capacity and greater opportunities for safe housing economic capability and wellbeing. We work alongside women and children recognising their strengths and fostering their resilience to create a new future.

This is a casual opportunity based in and around the Western Suburbs of Melbourne including opportunities in Ballarat within our Family Violence and Homelessness Program. The position reports to the Team Leader.
Are you passionate about creating safe empowering spaces for women and children escaping family violence Were looking for a compassionate and resilient Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated Family Violence program and provide critical person-centered support in our supported accommodation service.
This is more than just a job its an opportunity to make a tangible difference every single day. Youll walk alongside women and children as they rebuild their lives offering emotional support practical assistance and a steady presence during moments of crisis and recovery.
