Salary Package: From $190k (Negotiable)
Role Highlights: This newly created role is designed for an experienced leader who can drive operational consistency elevate customer experience and build a strong collaborative culture across multiple Victorian sites.
Role Overview:
Weve partnered exclusively with a major industrial group thats reshaping its national network. Reporting to the GM this role will lead a network of branch managers across Victoria with a focus on performance culture and customer satisfaction.
Youll guide teams through change strengthen leadership capability and ensure branches deliver consistently high standards of service to their customers and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple branch managers across VIC
- Foster a strong unified culture focused on teamwork and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and branch performance
- Partner with senior leadership to align branch goals with strategic priorities
- Oversee P&L and ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
- Identify performance gaps and coach leaders through effective action plans
- Champion customer focus and process consistency across all locations
Candidate Profile
Youre an experienced multi-site or regional leader with a background in branch or operations management. Known for developing people you bring strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
You can balance performance management with empathy - and have a track record of leading change within evolving environments.
Youll bring:
- Proven experience managing multiple sites or branches (industrial trade or service sectors ideal)
- Strong people leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial and operational capability - with P&L experience
- A collaborative values-led approach that lifts culture and engagement
