The Role
As a corporate recruiter you are responsible for sourcing evaluating and hiring qualified candidates for a company. You will collaborate with hiring managers use various sourcing methods conduct screenings and facilitate the hiring process. You will ensure a seamless experience for both the company and candidates playing a crucial role in building a skilled workforce.
The role will consist of but not limited to the following actions on a daily basis:
- Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through job boards social media professional networks and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and assess candidates qualifications to determine their suitability for specific positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit within the organization.
- Feedback and Communication: Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about the hiring process.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate terms and finalize employment agreements.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have the necessary information resources and support to integrate smoothly into the company.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with candidates hiring managers and external recruitment partners to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
The Requirements
In order to be considered for the role you will meet the following:
- Native speaker in German language and fluent in English
- Bachelors or Masters degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or agency recruitment preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates using various recruitment methods.
- Articulate precise and excellent communication skills (giving and receiving feedback)
- Climate Advocate and have a drive to leave the world in a better place
- Living and working in Amsterdam The Netherlands
